PRODUCTS

      1.  Q. Can I install t-tops in my hardtop car?

A. No. Complete t-top kits are no longer in production for any vehicle. We carry replacement parts for all t-tops from 1968-2003 model years.

      2.  Q. Are your products new or used?

A. We offer new as well as used, reconditioned & remanufactured products. This allows us to offer you a less expensive alternative to new.

      3.  Q. I need a sunroof part, but do not know if my sunroof was factory or aftermarket installed. How can I tell?

A. Factory installed sunroofs do not have a molding or trim ring around the exterior hole opening. Aftermarket installed sunroofs do.

ORDERING

       4.  Q. How do I place an order?

A. Orders can be placed online if the "Add to Cart" logo is displayed by the product you would like to purchase. Telephone orders can be placed by calling customer service line at (417)-788-2707 during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8:30 A.M.-5:00 P.M. central time) Orders can also be faxed to (417)-994-2452.

       5.  Q. How long will it take to receive my package after I place my order?

A. Most orders placed by 3:00 P.M. central time will ship the same day. Delivery times vary from 1-6 business days depending on your location. Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air are available for an additional charge.

           PAYMENT

        6.  Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

 A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express.  C.O.D. (Collect On Delivery), & prepayment are also available. UPS charges a $9.00 fee for C.O.D. shipments.

         7.  Q. Can I pay by credit card online?  

 A. We use the Paypal online payment service. Clicking on the "Add to Cart" logo will initiate the online payment process.  Your purchase will appear as paypalsunroofdr on your credit or debit card statement.    

  RETURNS

         8.  Q. What is your return policy?

 A. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied simply return the item(s) within 30 days for a full refund less shipping charges. After 30 days a restock charge of 15% will apply. No returns after 60 days. No returns on electrical control modules or items once they have been installed (weatherstrips etc.) except for defective items in which an exchange will be made. Special order items are not returnable.

         9.  Q. How do I make a return?

A. Copy the sales receipt and include it with your return. Write the sales receipt number on the outside of the box. Please tell us if you would like to exchange or return the merchandise. We prefer that you return items via UPS or USPS (post office). It may take up to 2 credit card statements before the credit will show up on your statement.
