This item is usually not required when replacing the front the sunroof guides. If the sunroof has been operated in a broken state, the torque from the motor can force one or both of the copper cable tubes out of its retaining bracket. This sometimes breaks the plastic tube retaining bracket at which time this item would be required for a successful repair. Unfortunately, the cable tube retaining bracket is not available separate at this time. OEM Ford Part.
